PHYSIOTHERAPY AND REHABILITATION

The aging of the population, in parallel with scientific and technological developments, and the need for conscious protection of health, includes preventive and therapeutic approaches. • In the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation undergraduate program, students are given systematic vocational training aimed at gaining professional knowledge and skills. During the four-year program, basic and vocational introductory courses are concentrated in the first year, and an attempt is made to establish a vocational foundation in the student. In the second and third years, in addition to the vocational courses they have taken, they receive physiotherapy and rehabilitation evaluation and therapeutic approach training specific to specific diseases and age groups. In the fourth year, students receive a clinical practice training where they have the opportunity to apply the information they have learned for three years. In addition, students are required to do a compulsory summer internship in the second summer term. • The target to be achieved at the end of the four-year education.\n
