After a successful admission process, applicants are expected to arrive and academically register until the third week of September in the fall intake and until the third week of February in the spring intake. Exceptionally, they can still participate in the Academic Registration on the 4th week of the semester. If they fail to arrive by this deadline, they cannot register academically and cannot start their studies in that particular academic year. In case of visa rejection or other circumstances beyond the applicant’s control which prevent the applicant from starting their studies, a postponement for the next academic year/semester or a full refund can be requested. To request a refund, applicants must submit an official refund request along with the official documentation that proves the reason why they cannot start their studies.
