University of Salford: Overview & History

The University of Salford is a public research university located in Salford, Greater Manchester, just over a mile from Manchester city centre. With roots dating back to the industrial revolution era, the university has evolved into a modern institution known for its strong industry links and practical, career-focused approach to education.
