Learning and assessment are organised around six‑week blocks that focus on a single module. Each block combines two one‑hour lectures with a three‑hour workshop, supplemented by thirty minutes of online resources. Assessment includes project strategy portfolios, risk and scenario simulations, consultancy‑style reports, oral presentations, reflective reports, and global project case analyses. Grades are derived from coursework such as posters, executive reports, individual project initiation briefs, case study reports, and group presentations, ensuring alignment with real‑world project management practice. The teaching approach employs coaching techniques to enhance reflective practice, independent learning and accountability, and uses case‑based learning to develop strategic thinking and cross‑cultural collaboration in diverse project environments.
