- Accredited by the Australian Human Resources Institute, our Human Resource Management degree offers individually focused tuition and team-based learning. You will acquire vital knowledge of employment relations, employment law, human resource development, change management and other subjects. Furthermore, experienced lecturers and regular industry guest speakers provide insight into the inner workings of corporations.
- The Undergraduate course can be taken full-time over three years or the part-time equivalent. You will begin the program by completing eight foundation Courses. These cover topics such as Accounting, Business Law, Marketing and Business Communication – the building blocks of all Bachelor of Commerce programs.
- You will then study more HR-focused courses like Change Management, Organisational Behaviour, Employment Law, and Strategic Workforce Issues. Depending on your choice of electives, you can complete a double Major within the School of Business or combine it with a program in the Schools of Arts & Sciences, Law, or Education.

Upon successful completion of the Bachelor of Commerce graduates will be able to:
