Curriculum Structure

• Year 1: Focuses on hospitality operations, food production, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

• Year 3: Involves strategic hospitality management, revenue management, and offers a choice between a consultancy project or dissertation.

Internships & Work Placements

While placements of 9-12 months are optional, they are highly encouraged, providing invaluable real-world experience and offering salaries ranging from £13,000 to £18,000 annually. Students can also opt for shorter internships lasting six weeks, leading to a Certificate in Professional Practice.
