Course Breakdown
- Year 0: Develop fundamental skills with modules like Engineering Project Design and Introduction to Engineering Mathematics.
- Year 1: Explore project management, engineering principles, and technology mathematics.
- Year 2: Study accounting, innovation, CAD, and product design.
- Year 3: Focus on sustainability, management, Industry 4.0, and complete a final-year project.
Placements & Careers
Greenwich offers placements with companies like Dyson, GSK, and NHS hospitals, as well as international opportunities. Summer placements (6 weeks to 3 months) and sandwich placements (9-12 months) provide practical experience, often with financial arrangements comparable to full-time employment. Graduates are well-prepared for careers in engineering, technology, and entrepreneurship, supported by a dedicated employability team that assists with CV guidance, interview preparation, and placement applications.
