Understand financial programs and economic models in the sports sector, and analyze the business model of a sports company.



History

Understand the relationship between sport and political power and the mutual influence that has developed throughout history, with a focus on sports journalism and sports storytelling.

Know the legal acts that regulate sport and the European legal systems in the field of sport.

Acquire the linguistic tools to analyze the relationship between the world and sports-related issues, and to effectively organize meetings and presentations in English.

The course includes the in-depth study of at least two European Union languages , in addition to Italian.

Traditional teaching activities are complemented by additional learning methods, which allow students to develop fruitful interactions with the outside world in which they will operate. For example:

  • a wide range of conferences, seminars, and meetings with teachers and experts in the sports field.
  • Professional workshops on sports radio commentary, fundraising, social media use in sports, journalistic writing, audiovisual and video recording techniques, cinema, and sports.
  • Cultural exchanges of teachers and students within the framework of international and European programs, such as LLP Erasmus, CINDA, AVERROES.
  • Internships and traineeships in Italy and abroad.
