Curriculum and Modules

The curriculum is built on two core components as defined by EuroPsy: knowledge and skills. Knowledge covers explanatory theories, technological theory, and methodological theory, while skills encompass interviewing methods, data processing and analysis, academic writing, and methodological competencies. The program spans six semesters across three years, providing a comprehensive foundation in general psychology.

Introduction to Psychology

Provides foundational knowledge of psychology's core principles, major theoretical perspectives, and the history of the discipline. Students explore the breadth of psychological inquiry and its applications.

Developmental Psychology

6 ECTS

Examines human development across the lifespan, including cognitive, emotional, and social changes from infancy through adulthood. Covers key developmental theories and their practical implications.

Social Psychology

6 ECTS

Explores how individuals think about, influence, and relate to one another within social contexts. Topics include attitudes, group dynamics, conformity, prejudice, and interpersonal relationships.

Cognitive Psychology

Focuses on mental processes such as perception, memory, attention, language, and problem-solving. Students learn how cognitive research informs understanding of human thought and behavior.

Research Methods and Statistics

Introduces qualitative and quantitative research methods used in psychology, including experimental design, data collection, and statistical analysis techniques essential for evidence-based practice.

Psychopathology and Assessment
