Information-communication: Brand and communication
Sorbonne Université, France
Overview
This program is composed of theoretical and professional courses, provided by researchers in information and communication sciences, and by speakers working in agencies or companies chosen for their teaching skills and expertise in the specialized fields of the course. The teaching is implemented in different ways: lectures, tutorials, case studies, communication audits and discussions always favored thanks to limited promotions (around 25 people).
The research-based training gives students on this course a depth of approach that CELSA is renowned for, with the completion of a group reflection and analysis project in the first year and an individual dissertation in the second year of the master's degree. The master's degree aims to train high-level communication specialists by developing professional skills that will enable them, beyond simply mastering the tools, to design communication strategies for solid and innovative brands. At the end of the training, all students are thus capable of developing strategies to assert and preserve the image and reputation of their brands among their audiences, in a context of strong competition to distinguish products and services and to win over and retain demanding and highly sought-after targets.
In this perspective, both academic and professional teaching explore the most proven and innovative communication strategies in terms of branding , advertising, media and digital innovations.
