For over 160 years, the Polytechnic University of Turin has been training professionals in the fields of engineering, architecture, design, and regional planning with rigor, integrity, and high-quality standards.
A long and constantly evolving journey, which has accredited the University among the best European technical universities for training and research , with 38,700 students and an academic staff of approximately 1,000 professors.
In a profoundly evolving global landscape, driven by the disruptive effects of phenomena such as globalization, climate change, an aging population, and the emergence of new and increasingly pervasive technologies, the University must evolve to continue to impact a rapidly changing society. The Polytechnic therefore positions itself as a "platform" University , permeable, inclusive, open to the world of professions and industry, and playing a key role in innovation and lifelong learning processes, to increasingly become a driving force behind society's sustainable development.
