Law in Act for the Fashion Industry
10 CFUExplores the main forms of commercialisation in terms of contracts and legal protection within the fashion industry, including labor law, real estate law for department stores, concession agreements, and travel retail.
Intellectual Property and Brand Protection
10 CFUCovers intellectual property regulations specific to fashion, including brand identity, brand value, trademark protection, and the legal frameworks that define and safeguard the value of Made-in-Italy.
Digital Marketplace and E-Commerce
