The Actor in the Empty Space
Core ModuleA deep investigation into the power of the performer, drawing on Peter Brook's principles. You will devise and perform a black-box performance piece while developing fundamental connections between performer, audience, and narrative.
Screen Acting Techniques and Dramaturgy
Core ModuleDevelop your skills in breaking down and acting scripts, exploring improvisation, and engaging with practitioner-based techniques. You will build a detailed understanding of your individual relationship with the camera through continuous cycles of performance and review.
Voice, Body, and Dialect
Core ModuleTackle core voice and body-focused skills and techniques needed to build and sustain long-term health and vitality in front of and behind the camera. You will also work on dialects and develop your portfolio for voice-over work.
Commercial Casting and Performance
