Liverpool Hope University is a public university located in Liverpool, England, with roots dating back to 1844 when its first founding college, St Katharine's, was established as a teacher training institution. It is the only ecumenical university foundation in Europe where Catholic and Anglican colleges have come together to form an integrated Christian institution.
