Overview
Graduates can do a doctorate in English Language and Literature and work in higher education institutions. Their literary knowledge, language, interpretation and research skills enable them to work in many different areas where this equipment is in demand. The Master’s Program in English Language Teaching (Thesis) focuses on theoretical and practical issues influencing Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). It is designed to develop knowledge and critical understanding of the latest theories and research in language acquisition and learning, and to relate these to the practice of English language pedagogy.
In this program, students will discuss and apply teaching models and language theories that connect the classroom experiences of EFL learners with real-life contexts. Additionally, they will enhance their skills in conducting and comprehending research in foreign language education.
