Overview
The English Department of Logistics Management aims to train qualified human resources who are highly needed by the private sector, who are competent, think big, have strong analytical and synthetic skills, can communicate in a foreign language, have a broad vision, and can work nationally and internationally; to provide internship opportunities for students in national and international areas, and to integrate the academic staff and students of the English Department of Logistics Management with research studies to be developed with cultural and industrial organizations.
Career Opportunities
In recent years, when global capital movements have intensified and Türkiye has risen as an important actor in the international trade arena, the need for well-equipped professionals in both international trade and logistics sectors has been greater than ever. In this context, after the students of our Department have acquired the competence to evaluate and apply the economic, legal, political and cultural aspects of Logistics Management English, they will be able to find jobs in the foreign trade, finance and logistics departments of all companies, and they will be employed in promising expert/managerial levels and prestigious professional positions, especially in import and export companies, customs consultancies and foreign exchange departments of banks and in the increasing number of logistics companies. On the other hand, our students who will graduate as experts in their fields will also have the opportunity to take all professional exams granted to them by law in the public sector and will have the opportunity to continue their career goals in this field.
