Program Overview: Architecture - Project and Facility Management (APFM)
The Architecture - Project and Facility Management (APFM) program at Conestoga College is a unique interdisciplinary degree combining knowledge and skills in architecture, engineering, project management, facility management, and business for the development of better buildings and environments. It is the only program of its kind in Canada, highlighting both project management and facility management within a single honours degree.
The program emphasizes a holistic approach to the built environment, considering the full building life cycle including strategic planning, pre-design, design, construction, occupancy, and re-use. 3 creditsCovers structural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and automation systems, teaching students to creatively implement and coordinate these systems in design, construction, and facility management contexts.
Project Management

Facility Management

Contract Administration
