Motive Power Technician - Heavy Duty Equipment (Optional Co-op)

Conestoga provides you with the skills to be job ready to enter this high demand trade. Our two-year program provides Level 1 and 2 apprenticeship training equivalencies with an emphasis on hands-on learning. Together we will delve deeper into related topics such as failure analysis, electrical diagnostics and systems repair. To broaden your options, we will introduce you to alternative careers within the heavy duty equipment industry such as business development, customer service, and shop and parts management. As a graduate you will have the opportunity to receive exemption from Levels 1 and 2 of the Heavy Duty Equipment Technician apprenticeship in-school training.
