Learning Outcomes
Students:
- Within the scope of the organisation’s mission and vision, make job descriptions and analyses, and have the required knowledge to determine the human resources and information systems in need.
- Describe the processes of searching, choosing and orientation regarding staff recruitment.
- Build a career system to be used within the institution.
- Observe the sustainability at the workplace through the analyses such as labour turnover rate, etc. to develop projects increasing the job satisfaction and organisational commitment.
- Determines the trainings which will increase the employee’s efficiency, and organises seminars and trainings in parallel with the requirements of the job and missions of the institution.
- Considers the environmental conditions and determines the organisation’s needs for a change.
- Determine the processes and structures requiring to be changed within the organisation, and draw up a programme for a change.
- Organise trainings required for the staff to adapt themselves to the changes.
Career Opportunities
The graduates of the program can work at the departments of Human Resources of the production and service businesses in the public or private sector.
