Overview
Criminal Justice is concerned with the detection and punishment of crimes that will disrupt the order with the aim of maintaining social order. In line with this purpose, it is aimed to work on the establishment of social order by determining the crime and punishment, and determining the perpetrator and victim. It is also among the aims of criminal justice to determine the crime that has been committed as soon as possible, to give the necessary punishment to the parties and to establish the right for the person who is right.
