AUDIOLOGY

During the four-year program, the first year is focused on basic medical and professional introduction courses, and an effort is made to establish a professional foundation in the student. Starting from the second year, in professional courses, diagnostic audiology is given with a logic-based education system rather than rote learning, and in the third year, theoretical and practical training is given intensively in the field of rehabilitative audiology with the same logic. In the fourth year, they are trained in terms of clinical practice and academic vision in different areas of the sector, and they are prepared to become audiologists for the following year. At the end of the four-year education, no student graduates without creating a scientific study or product that will contribute to the science of audiology. The desired goal is to train audiologists who have professional ethics and autonomy, are knowledgeable in the fields of diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology, are effective, can take responsibility, have acquired professional practice skills, and have the infrastructure to practice their profession conscientiously and honestly.\n
