Divinity MS

The MDiv degree forms leaders for a changing world. You will cultivate habits that enhance love of God and neighbor, immerse yourself in Scripture, preach and lead worship with creativity, teach effectively, engage in God's mission in the world, and integrate theology and practice in all aspects of life and ministry. The curriculum integrates theological studies with the practice of ministry to prepare faithful and effective pastors. The seminary seeks to advance the great ends of the church through "The proclamation of the gospel for the salvation of humankind; to shelter, nurture, and the spiritual fellowship of the children of God; the maintenance of divine worship; the preservation of the truth; the promotion of social righteousness; and the exhibition of the Kingdom of Heaven to the world" (PCUSA Book of Order).
