Game Design (Multidisciplinary Studies) BA

The Film and Media Studies program offers an experience unlike any other in the area. The Film and Media Studies BA combines three disciplines (film history, culture and theory, and production) into a program of study that allows you to develop critical thinking and writing skills, creative experience, and a professional portfolio. You’ll have access to more than 40 possible courses – topics ranging from screenwriting, digital media production, film history, the role of race and gender in film, music and film, politics in film – which gives you the flexibility to select and build a degree plan that meets your goals. The program culminates in a shared senior seminar and the opportunity to pursue an internship with many possible non-profits, corporations, or professional film productions.
