Psychology studies: Psychology

In the English-taught psychology program, you will intensively engage with our society and its challenges , as well as individuals and groups as actors in this society. 

Over six semesters, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge in basic and applied psychology. You will also receive in-depth methodological training in empirical research and psychological diagnostics.

You will deal with important questions of our time , to which psychology can make an essential contribution:

• How do people react to advancing digitalization?
• Why are political decision-makers unable to negotiate sustainable solutions to the global challenges facing our world?
• Why do people prefer members of their in-group and discriminate against members of out-groups?
• How do people engage and organize themselves in groups to achieve their common social goals?
