Forensic Science with Criminology, BSc Hons

Greenwich offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with professionals from the Criminal Justice System and emergency services, paving the way for successful careers in forensic sciences. The Forensic Science with Criminology degree allows exploration of an engaging discipline in state-of-the-art facilities, including a vehicle examination garage, modern labs, specialized decomposition areas, and a mock mortuary. Students will gain hands-on experience through practical crime scene exercises and mass disaster simulations. Guided by industry experts from the Department of Law and Criminology at Greenwich Campus, students will benefit from collaborations with the Kent Fire Brigade, Metropolitan and Kent Police Services, as well as Counter Terrorism, UKDVI, and the Natural History Museum. This accredited degree by the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences also includes free membership throughout their studies.

With a focus on forensic investigations—ranging from blood patterns to cybercrime—this BSc program provides a solid foundation for future professionals. It is structured across three years, covering essential modules such as Fundamentals of Biology, Intermediate Forensic Science, and Advanced Topics in Forensic Science.
