The Master of Arts in Leadership (MAL) at Royal Roads University is a 36-credit program designed to build and enhance leadership skills for experienced and emerging leaders. This two-year program is offered in a blended format, combining online learning with two intensive on-campus residency experiences at the university's stunning Hatley Park campus in Victoria, British Columbia. Curriculum and Course Modules

The MAL curriculum features a common first-year course sequence for all students, followed by an independent, work-based capstone in the second year.   • Flexible AdmissionApplicants without a degree may qualify with at least 10 years of professional experience including leadership roles
  • Writing ProficiencyGraduate-level English writing skills; Academic Writing and Critical Thinking course may be required if away from academic writing for more than 10 years
