Curriculum and Modules — Digital Media Art

The Digital Media Art major requires students to complete a minimum of 33 credits across three core areas: Digital Media Art Foundations, 2D Design, and 3D Design. Fundamentals of Art and Design

Digital Drawing

Introduction to Graphic Design

Covers the process of making graphic designs from the initial choice of a topic through the working stages and the finished presentation, with instruction in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

3D Design, Modeling and Visualization

Explores the creation of three-dimensional sculptural and architectural forms, lighting principles, and texture application using industry-standard 3D software. Rendering, animation, and output for different media are also covered.

Animation
