By applying your theoretical knowledge to field studies, you will have the ability to understand and explain what society is as well as what the meaning of social is. Thus, you will gain the ability to approach, understand, and explain macro and micro social events and phenomena. After graduating from the undergraduate department of Sociology, you can work as a specialist, consultant, and researcher in the State Planning Organization, the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, TRT, and public economic organizations.

Additionally, you can also work at the Ministry of Justice, the Family and Social Policy Ministry, the State Planning Organization, Turkey Statistical Institute, Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor and Social Security as well the child welfare institution.
