Social Service

The generalist model of social work practice focuses on problem-solving rather than focusing on a specific field or method. It uses the "individual within the environment" approach in the assessment by giving a holistic focus to practice throughout the problem-solving process. According to the model, the social service professional is a practitioner who thoroughly analyses the problems and solutions extensively and has a wide range of knowledge and skills. Our curriculum consists of 36.4% practical applications and 64.6% theoretical courses. When students are in the 4th grade, they will be able to transfer their knowledge and skills they have gained to practice in social service institutions in different parts of the country.
