t is known that the human resources trained to accurately assess medical data and make the appropriate interventions to this end are needed to be able to monitor vital parameters of patients using sophisticated technological products and to significantly contribute to patient safety. İzmir Tınaztepe University has therefore started the Anesthesia Program whose mission and vision is to raise quality human resources for healthcare services.

The Anesthesia Program that was opened within İzmir Tınaztepe University Vocational School of Healthcare Services is a 2-year associate degree program initiated to this end. The aim of the program is to raise modern, knowledgeable, and equipped technicians who consider teamwork important and who are capable of preparing patients before surgery, assisting the anesthetic specialist by monitoring patients’ vital parameters during surgery, and undertaking the responsibility of checking and monitoring patients after surgery.
