Overview
Our academic program consists of courses that aim to shape our students’ basic managerial and leadership competencies, courses and practices focused on developing their intellectual and multicultural competencies, and modular courses in rich sub-specialty areas suitable for their areas of interest and targeted sector. Our Business students can focus on banking and finance, accounting, marketing, international trade, international logistics and entrepreneurship in their education. In our program, one year of English Preparatory is mandatory, and starting from the third year, one of the following languages is offered as a second foreign language option: Russian, German, Arabic or Chinese. In order to use modern educational technologies, TradeMaster Finance Lab. and Business Strategy Lab. are open to our students.
Program Outcomes
1) To be able to explain the basic knowledge of the field of business administration, including the development process of the discipline, new and defining concepts, scientific methodology, theories and models
2) To be able to use appropriate tools and analytical techniques to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data in related fields, to interpret the results and to suggest solutions
3) To understand the importance of technological developments, especially developments in the field of information technologies, and to apply them in the field of business administration
4) To evaluate the accumulation of knowledge in the dynamic business world and business-related fields in order to determine the needs, to manage and lead the change using the critical and creative thought process
5) To be able to discover and create entrepreneurial opportunities and experience to successfully establish and develop one's own business
6) To be able to fulfill responsibilities in projects and teamwork in businesses and to act as a leader
7) To be able to translate and explain the content of documents written in English related to the field
8) To be aware of individual and cultural diversity and to be able to interact with individuals from different cultural environments by understanding them in social and professional environments
9) To be able to set forth personal, professional, social and business ethics standards, to evaluate the ethical dimensions of various practices in related fields and to be aware of the importance of ethical behavior in the process of adding value to society
10) To understand the interaction between business and other disciplines and to be able to relate knowledge in different fields to produce innovative solutions in the field of business
