Curriculum and Modules
The Business Management diploma curriculum is delivered across four semesters. In the first year, you are introduced to fundamental business disciplines, while the second year deepens your expertise in applied business areas and culminates in a capstone simulation and work placement.
Covers the principles of marketing including consumer behaviour, market segmentation, and services marketing strategies relevant to today's economy.
Develops your understanding of financial mathematics, accounting fundamentals, and business finance principles essential for sound decision-making.
Introduces management theories, leadership styles, and organizational behaviour, preparing you to lead teams and manage business operations effectively.
Explores digital commerce strategies and essential computer applications used in modern business environments, including PC essentials and business software.
Covers operational efficiency, supply chain fundamentals, and human resources administration including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
