Leadership and Organisational Behaviour
10 ECTSExplore team dynamics, leadership theories, and organisational behaviour to prepare for senior management positions. Develop your ability to lead diverse teams and manage change effectively within complex organisational structures.
Applied Digital Marketing
10 ECTSDevelop in-depth knowledge and critical understanding of fundamental marketing concepts and digital decision-making. This module introduces marketing as an integrative management function covering planning, development, distribution, promotion, and pricing of goods and services.
