Construction Engineering Technology

The curriculum consists of an integrated sequence of undergraduate courses emphasizing the application of engineering and scientific knowledge, methods, technology and management and technical skills appropriate to the construction engineering technology discipline. The program graduates are capable of solving design and applied-engineering problems, as well as performing managerial, business and sales functions. The graduates of this program work in the construction industry as contractors, field supervisors, project managers, job superintendents, estimators, safety specialists, schedulers and examiners. Job responsibilities would include design, development, liaison, cost estimation, supervision, installation, testing, maintenance, services or sales.
