Work and Organizational Psychology (Non Thesis)

Today, human resources is one of the most important factors playing a role in the efficiency of businesses. Issues related to work life, such as increasing the productivity, motivation, and organizational commitment of employees, and creating a healthy working environment, form the basis of work and organizational psychology.
Applications from all undergraduate programs are accepted for the Work and Organizational Psychology Master's Program.
Students undertake a graduation project under the supervision of an advisor in the final semester of the program. In this way, students gain significant experience in conducting scientific research.
The Work and Organizational Psychology Non-Thesis Master's Program consists of 10 courses and a graduation project.
