Business Administration (English)

The Department of Business Administration (English) at Beykent University is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to succeed in the complex and evolving world of business. This comprehensive 4-year undergraduate program aims to produce graduates who possess advanced management and analytical thinking skills, strong interpretation and decision-making abilities, and an innovative, research-oriented approach to business challenges.

The curriculum covers a wide range of foundational and advanced subjects such as principles of management, marketing, finance, economics, accounting, organizational behavior, strategic management, operations management, and international business. These courses are structured to help students understand both the theoretical and practical aspects of modern business practices.

From the beginning of the program, students are encouraged to think critically, work collaboratively, and apply their knowledge in real-world contexts. The program includes interactive coursework, case studies, group projects, presentations, and internship opportunities, all aimed at strengthening their leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Courses are delivered entirely in English, preparing students for the international business environment and enabling them to pursue global career opportunities. The English Preparatory Class is mandatory for all students admitted to the program. However, those who demonstrate proficiency through the university’s Level Determination and Proficiency Exam are allowed to bypass the preparatory year and directly begin their academic coursework.

In addition to core courses, a broad selection of elective courses enables students to explore specialized areas such as entrepreneurship, international trade, digital marketing, human resources management, or financial analysis, depending on their interests and career goals.
