To train knowledgeable and talented lawyers who care about the balance between legitimacy-legality, rights-obligations, freedom-responsibility, and the right of individuals and society to live a free and peaceful life in the contemporary understanding of law; who internalize their role in the implementation of legal norms that regulate the relations between citizens and the state, institutions and individuals within the framework of mutual rights and obligations; who use science and technology, who do research; who respect ethical and human values; who have professional knowledge and skills, who have acquired a learning-oriented working habit and who are equipped with human values .
