Bachelor of Mathematics

The mathematics degree includes a single-discipline course, several bi-disciplinary courses with the mathematics major and a minor chosen from the minors offered by the Faculty of Sciences or the Faculty of Arts of Sorbonne University, and some intensive courses (accessible on files) , including the double degrees in Mathematics-Computer Science, Mathematics-Physics, Mathematics-Mechanics, Mathematics-Electronics, and the double courses and double degrees in science and humanities for which admission is in L1.

All of these courses follow the teaching units of the mathematics major, which constitutes the necessary foundation for continuing on to a Master's degree in mathematics. For students in the single-discipline mathematics course, these teaching units are supplemented by additional mathematics teaching units .

Students from other disciplines who wish to deepen their knowledge of mathematics can do a minor in mathematics and, in this case, follow part of the teaching units of the mathematics major.
