In this program, students:

1. Learn fundamental concepts and theories of management and business to develop a holistic approach to modern business;

2. Monitor and analyze strategic issues and challenges in business ecosystem and develop effective solutions for them;

3. Execute proper and forward-looking strategies to business problems by using qualitative and quantitative methods;

4. Demonstrate a basic understanding of information technology applications and management information system to employ it in business;

5. Demonstrate effective leadership, team working and motivation to execute responsibilities;

6. Acquire skills to communicate with people from different cultures in business environment;

7. Develop personal skills in performing art, sport, and other social activities;

8. Communicate written and verbally in different languages, other than mother langue;

9. Internalize environmental, social, governance and ethical standards in performing all business activities.
