Computer Engineering (English)

The Computer Engineering (English) Department at Beykent University is dedicated to educating computer engineers who meet international standards, equipped with deep knowledge of computer hardware, software, and applications. The program aims to develop innovative professionals capable of producing original solutions, embracing entrepreneurship, and playing leading roles in the research and development of cutting-edge technologies.

This four-year undergraduate program is delivered entirely in English to prepare students for global careers and international collaboration. All students are required to complete an English Preparatory Class to ensure they achieve the necessary academic language proficiency. However, those who successfully pass the university’s Level Determination and Proficiency Exam can bypass the preparatory year and begin their studies directly in the first year.

The curriculum offers a comprehensive and rigorous foundation in core areas including algorithms, data structures, computer architecture, operating systems, programming languages, software engineering, and databases. Students also explore advanced topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), and big data analytics, ensuring they stay abreast of the latest technological advancements.
